don't want to queue anymore

lz, alex and me desperately wanted to go out today.. but i didn't want to spend a lot of money.. so we decided to go to the nike sale at expo.. (yes, money spent at nike sale is long term you see..)
anyway, we expected a lot of people.. but didn't expect to see COUNTLESS number of people.. we really wondered if everybody took leave just to go to the sale.. and it wasn't even publicised much.. it went around by word of mouth..
the sale was supposed to start at 12noon but by the time we reached there (12.15), the waiting-to-go-in queue was already super long.. -.-

and when we enter the hall, still have to queue again to leave our bags with them.. (in case people steal you see)
the people standing at the door was very nice though.. they refused to let people cut queue.. haha.. doing their job well.. x)

anyway, we started to walk around.. in the mess and litter and large number of humans.. i sort of got a shoe.. but after we saw the buying-queue we decided to leave..






see the endless number of heads? it's very very bad..



but they are quite organised actually.. these are the labels for the bags everybody have to deposit.. see, they place until so neat..


i always wonder why singapore has so many people around.. and we still need to have more? -.-

these are also one of the occasions when you see true AUNTY power.. they treat everybody like ghosts.. think they can pass through everybody.. so they just PUSH you happily.. no "excuse me, sorry", no "sorry" after pushing either.. just PUSH.. i hope i don't grow up to be like these kind of AUNTIES.. -.-

they allocate places for male footwear and female footwear.. another fascinating thing: what are males doing in the female part and what are females doing in the male part?! it's like.. totally question mark..

i wonder why parents bring their little children to squeeze with them also.. they so poor thing.. so small and all around them are just legs and more legs.. the best thing that can happen is when they start crying.. 好可怜..



so we left empty handed.. and i'm 99.9% sure i won't go to any of these kind of warehouse sale anymore..

the sale lasts until sunday.. but just don't go unless u plan to wake up at 4am and reach expo at 5am and start queue-ing.. then u might get good items.. otherwise don't bother..

random sentences just springs out of her mouth.. and make people choke.. horhor.. now i know.. you want to murder us right?! how could you.. :(

half dead when i reached home.. was super FULL! haha.. didn't eat dinner.. stomach no space for it..

my show was about to start at 7pm when my mother told me to go over to the kitchen window.. i looked out and got a shocked.. one of the units in the opposite block caught fire.. :X
the kitchen to be exact.. we could see the fire very clearly because their window was open.. somebody called the civil defence because they came over in less then 3minutes.. and unrolled all the long long long long hoses in less then 2minutes.. and killed the fire in less then 3minutes.. (my point is that they are fast)
no casualties fortunately.. but the ambulance and police did came.. (in case i guess)..

life's like this.. we never know what's going to happen.. watch out for that stove of yours!
